HI Stampers and Scrapbookers,
I found this really cute card that was on I Stamp. She got the idea from artystamper. I thought it looked hard, but it was pretty easy to create. I used the papers from the Summer Picnic Design paper. Thought I would share it with you. If you want the directions let me know and I will email them to you.
